WELCOME

Welcome to my website! I'm Kate, an American Council of Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, certified Pain-Free Training Specialist, and second year Kinesiology student at The University of British Columbia. Over my six years of resistance training, I have learned how exercise is an amazing tool to enhance your physical and mental health, and can be practiced for a lifetime when done with care. I have first hand experience with exercise induced injuries and muscular imbalances. This has lead me to become passionate about injury prevention, and exercising in a functionally rooted way that improves one's physical health rather than hindering it. We all deserve to feel good everyday, and moving properly is key to doing so. I would love to help guide you on your own fitness journey, no matter your experience level. Whether your goal is strength or muscle gain, body-recomposition, cardiovascular health, overall fitness and health, or to take the leap of stepping foot in a gym for the first time; let's get you moving better and feeling better.
